By accessing or using Bandeja AI (the "Service"), operated by Value Metrics FZC LLC ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bandeja AI provides AI-powered video analysis and coaching tools for padel and racket sports. Features include automatic rally extraction, performance metrics, heatmaps, and coach collaboration. The Service is accessible at app.bandeja.ai and coach.app.bandeja.ai.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that:

  • You own or have the rights to all content you upload.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Your content does not contain illegal material or violate applicable laws.
  • You have obtained consent from all individuals identifiable in uploaded videos.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its AI systems.
  • Upload malicious files or content intended to harm the Service or other users.
  • Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service — including software, AI models, designs, branding, and analytics outputs — are the exclusive property of Value Metrics FZC LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analysis, coaching recommendations, and insights generated by Bandeja AI are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional sports or medical advice. Always consult a qualified coach or professional for decisions affecting training or health.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Value Metrics FZC LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Interruptions or errors in the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Value Metrics FZC LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination
